I found this building at the end of Noviy Arbat Street, past the big, flashy, touristy part. I don't know what it is, but I really like the details! I also like the church in the background, just another ever-present aspect of Moscow architecture. It's being repainted at the moment, but when it's finished I'll post a picture of it.
