Today was the 67th anniversary of Stalin's death, and these people were paying tribute to him by visiting his grave. They're carrying flags with the symbols of the Soviet Union on them. The line was long, as you can see in the picture below. This wasn't a protest or rally, just people paying their respect to a former leader.
