46, Povarskaya.
The building was constructed in 1910 in mostly neoclassical style (though you can notice art nouveau, rococo and modern details in the building's decoration). The area is rather small considering the requirements of the 19th century to the apartments comfort. It covers 1000 sqm (10700 sq f, if internet converted right) on both floors.
It belonged to merchant Shlosberg and was constructed by architect Zelinson. Both left Moscow after 1917 revolution.
Beauty.
