This is the main dome of Manege square. It represents a semi-globe and is supposed to work as clock showing time in every zone. There is map with major cities specified, and Moscow is marked with a model of Kremlin (see photo, left edge of the semi-sphere). The sculpure on the top is St.George (otherwise George the Victorious) who is considered as Moscow patron.
