On a cold wintry day a sight-seeing area in front of Manege is empty. There is noone to walk along the balconet or to have a rest on a bench. Rare tourists hurry to hide themselves in museums and gift shops. Kremlin and Alexandrovsky Garden seem abandoned, and it will be so till the spring come.
