These lights appeared last week, as the city prepares for New Years. Many buildings are getting decorated for the upcoming holiday, and it's quite festive! Notice the lack of snow, as the temperature has been around +1C/34F for the past few days. Now everything is covered in a thin layer of ice, which makes walking around a bit of a challenge!
