As I know from weather forecast, winter cold turned to usual Moscow weather (0Celsius (32F) and grey sky). The photo confirms.
In front is Moskva-river with metro (subway) bridge and a train on it, two yellow buildings are the apartments, modern grey in the middle is British Embassy, far behind the City Hall offices building.
