This collection of modern highrise buildings is called Moscow City. As far as I know they're all office buildings, or it will be when they're finished! Funding seems to be a major issue (although really, where is it
not an issue?) so work keeps being postponed. Maybe in the next 5 years all of the buildings will be complete?
