It was Saturday, the summer week-end, when the city is calm and quiet, no people, no cars, no rush. Best time in the city centre during the year.
And these two guys were enjoying the lunch break, talking. They were sitting on the parapet of 18th century mansion entrance which neighboured the new apartment building they constructed.
