I can't say I really paid much attention to people's shoes until I moved to Moscow. Now, as a way of passing time on the metro, I always look to see if someone is wearing something crazy! One thing I've noticed is a lot of Russian men wear light colored shoes in the summer. Here is a perfect example - and they're even all in white from head to toe, except for the one fellow with the blue patterned shirt! Unfortunately, this photo turned out blurry - just as I was taking it, the man in the middle of the picture walked towards me, and he wanted to know what I was doing.
