Watching the CDP favorites

I was passing by this group the other day. They were very quiet, nobody said a word. What were they watching? CityDailyPhoto favorites?

The building is the bridge over Moskva-river, the location is the cafe deserted this time of the day. Ladies are cleaners (uniformed) and gentleman - here we can switch on the fantasy)).
