I could not find much info about this beauty (Wiki helps, as usual).
Belonged to A. Saimonov, who had significant position in the court. His son was a friend of A.Pushkin, Russian poet, his nephew was a member of Decembrists secret society and the Decembrists' meetings were possibly held here.
Since 1976 the building is included in the list of State architectural monuments.
