Novodevichy
The inscriptions on the wall of the Novodevichy monastery:
"Saint Sophia, help us to go to college. Vera and Sasha."
"I wont evrything to be all right and so my mother recovered her eyes".
"St. Sophia, help build a business. Petrov."
Of course, it is prohibited to write on the walls of the monastery, founded in 1524, but somehow I do not feel any irritation reading these naive texts.
I am also attaching a photo of the layout of the monastery (click to enlarge) and in my following posts will continue about the Convent for sure.
