Even though it was a grey day, I decided to go out for a walk anyway. This is in the Sparrow Hills area, at the bottom of the hill. I'm guess that the very large building will be an apartment complex, an office building, or maybe both? It's certainly noticeable, and I'm sure the views from the upper floors would be amazing!
