Baked Salmon Dijon:

Mix together:

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons soy sauce

6 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Spoon over 3-4 salmon filets.

Cover and bake for 16 minutes in a 375 F oven.

Enjoy!
